Meet Your Forester
Luke Yoder has always had a connection to the land. Raised on a dairy farm as one of eleven children, he developed an appreciation for hard work and the outdoors from an early age.
Luke got his start in the timber industry cutting with an Amish crew and has worked in the forestry business since 2022. Today, he works directly with landowners to help them make informed decisions about their woods.
His approach to forestry focuses on looking beyond the immediate harvest. Through thoughtful management and selective harvesting, Luke believes in preserving the best trees and creating conditions that support the future growth of the forest.
Outside of forestry, Luke is also an ultra runner, a pursuit he says has changed his life for the better.
